茶葉，是大自然恩賜于全人類不可或缺的瑰寶，是連接人類文明的圣潔橋梁。2019年聯(lián)合國第74屆大會將每年5月21日確定為“國際茶日”，從此，全球茶人有了自己的節(jié)日，攜手登上了促進茶產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展的世界平臺，構(gòu)建了各國和各民族茶文化交融互鑒的人文空間。

為促進國際間茶產(chǎn)業(yè)交流與合作，推動我國及全球茶產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，2021年5月21日，第二個“國際茶日”中國主場活動，中國農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作促進會茶產(chǎn)業(yè)委員會、中國貿(mào)促會農(nóng)業(yè)行業(yè)分會、中國茶產(chǎn)業(yè)聯(lián)盟、中國茶葉流通協(xié)會、意大利對外貿(mào)易委員會、斯里蘭卡茶葉委員會、歐美工商會等24家相關(guān)機構(gòu)在第四屆中國國際茶葉博覽會上共同發(fā)布了2021“國際茶日”促進茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展倡議。中國農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作促進會茶產(chǎn)業(yè)委員會會長呂明宜代表茶委會上臺宣讀了倡議。

UndertheunifiedarrangementsoftheMinistryofAgricultureandRuralAffairsofChina,accordingtotheguidanceoftheAgriculturalTradePromotionCenteroftheMinistryofAgricultureandRuralAffairs,theTeaIndustryCommitteehascontactedteainstitutionsinmajortea-producingandtea-consumingcountries(andregions)onaglobalbasisinmid-April.Theproposalforpromotingteacultureintegrationreceivedaunanimousagreement.Manyinstitutionshadcommunicationanddiscussiononthecontentoftheinitiative.Someinstitutions,thathaveovercometheunfavourablefactorscausedbytheCovid-19,activelypromotedthereleaseoftheinitiative.Atthesametime,someinstitutionshavenotbeenincludedintheabovelistduetothedelayofresponse.Weappreciatedtheirstrongsupportfortheinitiative.
在中國農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部的統(tǒng)一部署下，中國農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部農(nóng)業(yè)貿(mào)易促進中心的指導下，中國農(nóng)業(yè)國際合作促進會茶產(chǎn)業(yè)委員會4月中旬向世界主要的茶葉生產(chǎn)國（地區(qū)）和消費國（地區(qū)）發(fā)出了倡議邀請，得到了各機構(gòu)的積極響應(yīng)，大家就倡議內(nèi)容、倡議方式等進行了緊密的溝通。很多機構(gòu)克服了本國新冠疫情帶來的不利因素，積極推進倡議工作。同時，部分機構(gòu)由于是在截止日期后反饋的確認函，未能進入倡議發(fā)布名單，感謝各機構(gòu)對倡議工作的大力支持。
ThereleaseoftheInitiativeonthePromotionofTeaIndustryDevelopmentwillnotonlypromotethedevelopmentoftheworldteaindustry,butalsoenhancethein-depthcooperationamongtheinvolvedinstitutions.
《促進茶產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展倡議》的發(fā)布，將積極引領(lǐng)和推動世界茶產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，更能推動發(fā)起單位間深入的合作。
